Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ghar Se, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. You may request account deletion from Settings → Delete Account in the app.
Marketplace role
Ghar Se helps buyers and sellers discover each other and arrange services. Unless stated otherwise, Ghar Se is a platform—not the direct provider of listed services. Sellers are responsible for the quality, pricing, and delivery of their own offerings.
User content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Ghar Se a license to display it within the app. Do not post unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Orders & payments
Order details, pricing, and fulfillment are agreed between buyers and sellers through the app. Any payment features must be used in good faith. Disputes should first be raised between the parties; contact support if you need assistance.
Prohibited conduct
You may not harass other users, scrape the app, attempt unauthorized access, spam, impersonate others, or use Ghar Se for illegal activity.
Disclaimer & limitation
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghar Se is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time, including by requesting account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.
